Join us for Advent and Christmas

Advent is the four-week season before Christmas, preparing our hearts for Jesus' first and second coming. The word "Advent" means "coming." With themes of repentance and hope, we wait as the Israelites did for the Messiah. Amid December's busyness and materialism, we focus on Jesus together.

OUR CHURCH PLANT

We are a new church plant in the Anglican tradition. We seek to love, worship and serve the Risen Christ, for the sake of the Mebane area. Our vision is to be a church that loves God and one another through worship, community, and service.

WORSHIP

Worship is at the center of all we do. Our worship is Gospel-centered, reverent, and joyful. We sing traditional hymns and contemporary songs. God meets and nourishes us for our lives through participating in weekly communion.

OUR COMMUNITY

Knowing God means knowing, really knowing, one another. We seek to be discipled together and share common meals in our homes. We want prayerful, supportive, and God-centered relationships.

Who We Are

Our Tradition

We are rooted in the historic catholic Church and in a Reformed Anglican tradition. We are reformational, evangelical Anglicans who take seriously what we have received: the call to engage in common (shared) liturgical worship and prayer centered in Word, Sacrament, and Spirit; worship and mission in the language and culture of the people; lifelong discipleship for all; and missional engagement of the Gospel with the needs and questions of our communities. We are ever ancient, ever new.
